EOS products are wearable training devices that directly contact the body. Products that show clear signs of use or pose hygiene or safety concerns may not be eligible for return.

Requests submitted outside the return window


Damage caused by misuse, disassembly, modification, or improper operation


Subjective reasons such as personal training preference or perceived results


Normal wear and tear or consumable component degradation
